In line with the theme, “Unity towards Leadership Excellence,” Hon. Joel A. Alangsab, guest speaker of the said event delivered a message calling for a challenge to the young leaders to become effective- emphasizing whether a leader is either born or made.

“As we take on new responsibilities and traverse the path of leadership from this day forward, I hope that we’ll all be able to evoke an image of a good leader and a good follower – people who, in moments of crisis, always rise to the occasion with the right response and the right decision towards the right direction,” Wadwachan said.

The oath of office was administered by Dr. Elma D. Donaal, Vice President for Academic Affairs for the Student Parliament; Dr. Perfecto M. Lopez, VP for Administration, for the Student Government Organizations; and Jamaica Luisa M. dela Pena, Head of Student Service Office, for the club officers.
