BCU conducts college orientation

The Baguio Central University conducted an orientation to all college freshmen and transferees at the BCU Function Hall last August 28.

The Vision Mission Objectives and history of Baguio Central University were discussed by Dr. Perfecto M. Lopez, Vice President of Administration, while the Methods and Techniques of good study habits were presented by Mrs. Judith Adina, registered guidance counselor.

            She said that attitude towards study habits and time management will help students achieve what they really want.

            Mrs. Reynosalyn B. Maximo, guidance advocate, talked about the rules of conduct, attendance, issuance of admission, excuse slips and student organizations of different colleges and scholarships that may be approved.                           Mr. Percival A. Sacyafen, Athletic/PE Director, talked about the selection of varsity players.

            Vice President of Finance, Mrs. Abigail Rillera discussed about the schedule of fees, modes of payments and other discounts to be availed while Library Policies was presented by the Chief Librarian, Mrs. Clarence K. Fagyan.

            For Medical and Dental Services, Dr. Geraldine M. Agpes presented the medical services of the University.

            While Dr. Maria Fe G. Mejia discussed the schedule of examination, dropping and withdrawal of subjects.
